IAPHL sponsors GHSC attendees

A selection of IAPHL members have been sponsored to attend the 6^th Global Health Supply Chain Summit (GHSCS), from November 18^th-20^th, 2013 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The GHSCS will focus on innovations in global health supply chains and explore emerging trends in information acquisition and sharing, coordination across stakeholders to improve efficiency and service and best practice ideas on public/private partnerships. The sponsored participants will attend two days of presentations and discussions with experts in the field and one day of training regarding best practice tools in supply chain management. At the summit, attendees will have access to best practice results and “how-to” ideas for implementation in their respective contexts, which can then be shared with other IAPHL members to strengthen the technical knowledge of other members.
