As we step into October, it’s a fitting time to reflect on the small yet powerful changes that shape both our personal and professional lives. 

The Ethiopia Initiative is now in its second month. The Book Of The Month for October has been shared by Selamawit Gebreyesus, – Atomic Habits by James Clear. The book inspires and reminds us that the habits we cultivate either work for us or against us. These habits are the building blocks of who we become—and as a community, they determine how we grow together.
