At the 2014 annual SAPICS conference, Imperial Logistics was named “Supply Chain Educator of the Year” for the third year in a row. A joint submission from the Imperial Logistics Academy and Imperial Health Sciences’ Supply Chain Academy, the award recognizes the groups’ ability to develop employees and take a practical approach to filling skills gaps in the industry. Through customized Learnership programmes, students are given the opportunity to receive nationally recognized credentials for training. There are currently 230 students enrolled in these programs.
