Dear IAPHL Members,

We continue to work with the USAID funded IAPHL Assessment Team.  Thanks again to the 470 members who completed their survey.

In January, I interviewed Fantaye Teka from Ethiopia and Dr. Mohamed Tariq from Pakistan for our Chapter Leader Spotlight Series.  If you missed these interviews through the listserv, you can find them on our website.

Under the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grant, we hope to hire a consulting group this month to begin the work of reaching out to the membership to determine your capacity building and professional growth needs.  There will most likely be another survey (sorry!), with the focus listed above, which is different from what the Assessment Team sent out.

We again appeal to the members to let us know of any supply chain topic that you would like to discuss as a moderated discussion or as a webinar.  This Wednesday we will be having a half-hour webinar on Supply Chains for Noncommunicable Diseases.  We will follow this webinar with a couple weeks of a moderated discussion.  If you have not registered for the webinar yet, please do so.  Register here.  We are hoping to put on another webinar at the end of the month as well.

For all members, remember that you can edit your profile on the website at any time!  If you have a new position or new email address, please do make those changes.  Also for new members, you can download your membership certificate from the profile dropdown as well.

Please continue to contribute to this vital community of practice by sharing your experiences and challenges on the listserv.

Please stay safe,

Walter
