Gilbert works for the Rwanda Biomedical Center in the medical procurement and production division. He holds degrees in B.Pharm and an MPH, and has been working in supply chain management since 2008.
He is very excited to be part of a team of supply chain professionals in his daily activities because he deals with operations that are literally matter of life or death when it comes to delivering products to clients. His greatest challenge is planning for future commodity needs in a context with limited resources. He has found IAPHL to be a virtual university from which every challenge posted is answered by people from different backgrounds (academicians, experts in supply chain, international professionals).
