This report assess the global public health implications of falsified, substandard, and counterfeit pharmaceuticals in an attempt to help jumpstart international discourse about this problem. In addition it lays out a plan to invest in quality medications to improve public health outcomes and eliminate the burden of falsified and substandard medicines.
