The International Association of Public Health Logisticians (IAPHL) enables people working in public health supply chains, especially in the global south, to connect, learn, and succeed. The association envisions a world where strong, well-run supply chains reach all people with life-saving health products, and supports logisticians worldwide by providing a forum for members to network, exchange ideas, and improve skills. Building on this work, IAPHL will be sponsoring a group of 20 members to participate in the virtual ASCM CONNECT Annual Conference scheduled for October 25 – 27, 2021.
The ASCM CONNECT Annual Conference, a flagship event from the leader in supply chain education, you’ll participate through our innovative event platform to access all the conference has to offer! This year’s conference features 50+ education sessions covering the most critical supply chain topics, including:
- sustainability
- dynamic fulfillment
- intelligent supply
- synchronized planning
- resilience
- digital supply chains
- S&OP
- and so much more!
The sponsorship will cover conference registration fees. Sponsorship beneficiaries will be required to share their conference experiences with other members by posting at least one submission to the listserv that identifies a key learning point.
Members’ eligibility for sponsorship selection will be based on the following:
- Must work in the public sector preferably for a local organization that cannot afford to sponsor him/her to attend the conference
- Membership and strong participation in their IAPHL country chapter discussions and activities will be an added bonus
- Have not received a sponsorship or scholarship from IAPHL in the past
- Please note the secretariat wishes to have as many countries represented as possible
