Mitchtilda has worked as a logistics professional for over two years, and currently serves as the essential medicines logistics officer for the Logistics Unit DPS/MOHCC in Zimbabwe. She was introduce to IAPHL by a colleague, and is interested in learning about new trends in supply chain management and programs and different countries through the online community.
As a public health supply chain professional, Mitchtilda appreciates the difference her work makes to the public that would otherwise not be able to access health services and likes interacting with partners to make public health delivery a reality. She sees resource limitation as her largest challenge, but also enjoys solving problems related to qualified staff, funding, and appropriate storage and distribution.
