Finalized in July 2022, the IAPHL Secretariat and Advisory Group developed a new 3-Year Strategic and Management Plan. It incorporates findings from two assessments conducted in 2021 and contains the following:

1. The definition of IAPHL
2. The value proposition
3. Core pillars of IAPHL
4. The roles of stakeholders
5. Implementation plan
