What is the future of digital development ten (10) years from now? At the USAID Digital Development Forum, keynote speaker Jonathan Donner presented an interesting piece on ICT for development. The presentation took us on a digital journey to the past, 2008 to be precise, the present and gave an interesting look into the future (2028).
