As a pharmacist at the College of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital in Nepal, Bishnu and his colleagues struggle to manage a continuous supply of medicine. In addition to the financial constraints that limit their ability to procure items are the drug representatives who influence—not necessarily positively— the prescriptions that doctors write. Bishnu wrote about this problem and possible solutions in an article in the World Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

IAPHL exposes Bishnu to a world of energetic supply chain professionals in other areas, and gives him professional and moral support. He would like to see more information about managing hospital and community pharmacies.
